British Empire

Bombay ( Mumbai )

On December 31 , 1600 when British Empire came India they made their base in Bengal . it was a very long way to bring recourses from United Kingdom to Bengal so they made their base in Bombay ( Mumbai ) in 1661 . They started development in Bombay ( Mumbai ) its some examples are Gateway Of India , Victoria Terminus , etc .

Delhi

In 1911 , When the capital of British India was Delhi likely Bombay ( Mumbai ) they started development there also and its some examples are the Parliament House , Rashtrapati Bhavan , India gate , etc .

Mughal Empire

Agra

When Mughals made Agra their capital as a capital they started development there and also made it rich . They also build many monuments like the Agra fort and one of the seven wonders , Taj Mahal .

Delhi

When the capital of Mughal empire sifted too Delhi it made Delhi so rich that it became one of the richest cities in the world and many build beautiful monuments one of them is the Red Fort .

Agriculture

The land of west India is more fertile as compared to the land of east India and the most of the agricultural states are in west India like Punjab , Uttar Pradesh , Haryana and Delhi . The agriculture is more in west India so the most of the exports of agricultural products are done from west India and Indian companies which sell agricultural products get their recourses from east India .

Tourism

West India

West India gets a large amount of money only by tourism as tourists come in Mumbai to see the Gateway of India , Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and live in the Taj Hotel and eat Vada Pav , Bhelpuri and Pav Bhaji and they come to Delhi to see the India Gate , Red Fort , Qutub Minar and the Rashtrapati Bhavan and eat the delicious food items of Chandni Chowk the come to Hyderabad to see the Charminar and eat the special Hyderabadi Biriyani and they come to Uttar Pradesh to see the Taj Mahal and they visit Bengaluru to see the Palace of Tipu Sultan and eat Idlis , Vadas and Dosas .

East India

In east India people come Kolkata and Chennai only and the seven sisters to see the nature and eat some tasty food items like in Kolkata to eat fish curry and rice and in Chennai to eat Idli and Sambar and in seven sisters to eat apong with bamboo shoots so east India gets a very low profit from tourism .
